A fine dining establishment. Seating is very limited so most probably will have to wait to be seated but it is well worth it. The quality of the food is excellent and the service is outstanding. The airport is small but well organized. Most flights are full going into and out of Matsuyama. Destined for other locations for international flights in and out of Japan. Quite a splendid airport for spending time at. Frequently hosting live entertainment, local vendors selling food, gifts, clothing, etc. Excellent eating establishments. Be prepared to wait but it is well worth it. Chubu Centrair International Airport
